Attribution and source of truth

• Each listing page includes an “Original Listing” link to the broker’s website.
• The broker’s page is the source of truth for marketing content, pricing, availability, and updates.

What we store and publish

• We store and publish structured factual attributes when available (e.g., address/location, size, use/type, availability flags).
• We publish a “Last extracted” timestamp on listing pages.

Limitations

• Some fields may be missing if the broker does not publish them.
• Extracted values may be incomplete or may lag changes on the broker’s page.
